His background in engineering, technical sales, and consulting allows him to contribute to a broad spectrum of organizations. He enjoys working with customers, helping them understand their current business challenges and finding optimal solutions. In recent years, a large focus of his work has been on the automation of business processes in contact centers and service organizations.
