Comment on The UC Feature

One of the objectives of the feature article "Unified Communications: A Mandate for the Enterprise" is to try and gain consensus of not only the importance of UC, where it fits into Enterprise IT, but on standard definitions. What do you think? Do you have a suggestion for a better one or is this good enough? The "catch" is that the definition has to be 140 characters or less.UC--A system that manages the interaction of people, processes, information, and technology that enhances communication and collaboration.

Communication--The interaction of people and/or systems to exchange information.

Collaboration--People working together towards a shared goal over a period of time.
